1. All Sales Final on Opened Vape Products
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons:

Opened, used, or tampered vape products cannot be returned or refunded.

E-liquids, disposables, pods, cartridges, and atomizers are final sale once opened.
This policy ensures compliance with federal and state regulations and protects all customers.
2. Returns for Unopened Products
We accept returns on unopened and unused items within:
7 days of delivery
To qualify:

Item must be sealed in original packaging

Item must be unused and in re-sellable condition

Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
3. Damaged or Defective Products

4. DOA (Dead on Arrival) Devices
Devices that are defective upon first use must be reported within:
48 hours of delivery

Photos of serial numbers
Replacement devices will be issued once verified.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-refundable:

Used disposable vapes

Pods or cartridges removed from packaging

6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet shipped.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
8. Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
Ventovapin actively monitors fraudulent activity. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:

9. Age Verification Compliance
All customers must be 21+. Orders failing age verification are not eligible for refund after shipment.
